Refund & Cancellation Policy

These are business decisions — confirm the specifics before publishing.
- Before a doctor starts. If you cancel before any doctor has been assigned to your case, you receive a full refund.
- After opinions are delivered. Delivered opinions are a completed service and are generally non-refundable.
- If we can't deliver. If we are unable to match a suitable doctor or deliver the opinion(s) you paid for within [X] days, you receive a full refund.
- Partial delivery. If you paid for multiple opinions and fewer are delivered, you receive a pro-rata refund for the undelivered opinions.
- How to request. Email hello@docfriends.co with your case reference. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Razorpay, normally within 5–7 business days. [Confirm timeline.]
